Events: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Workshop 1: Certification 1 "An Introduction to Hawaii" and Certification 2 "Selling the Hawaiian Islands". If you are not currently certified as a Hawaii Destination Specialist (HDS), this workshop is strongly recommended.

The instructor will walk you through the Certification Exam at the end of the session. Please be sure to bring your Smart Phone/Mobile Phone, iPad or Tablet to access the internet to take your exam. Prior to this workshop, please ensure that you have created a user Profile online at www.agents.gohawaii.com; and write down your USER NAME and PASSWORD. Workshop room will be equipped with wi-fi and you can opt to take the exam at the end of the workshop for immediate certification.

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Workshop 2: The Hawaiian Islands - Destination Updates. For those who are already HDS certified, please sign up for the Destination Updates session conducted by Island Chapter representatives from Kauai, Maui Nui (Maui, Molokai, Lanai), Oahu and Island of Hawaii. This session will provide comprehensive island updates and informative content on "What's New" throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
