We look forward to sharing The Hawaiian Islands with you through training, destination updates, live Hawaiian music, hula performances, and networking with our Hawaii suppliers. Please select only one of the two afternoon workshops: the afternoon workshops run concurrently, so only one session can be selected.
Welcome / Registration Desk will open at 2:30 p.m. for the HDS and Destination Update Workshops, and then again at 5:00 p.m. for the trade show and evening events.
Check-in at the Hawaiian Islands Registration Desk fronting the Texas Grand Ballroom.

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Workshop 1: Hawaii Destination Specialist (Certification) Training* Certification 1 “An Introduction to Hawaii” and Certification 2 “Selling the Hawaiian Islands.” If you are not currently certified as a Hawaii Destination Specialist (HDS), this workshop is strongly recommended. (max 45 attendees)
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Workshop 2: The Hawaiian Islands - Destination Updates* For those who are already HDS certified, please sign up for the Destination Updates session conducted by Island Chapter representatives from Kauai, Maui Nui (Maui, Molokai, Lanai), Oahu, and Hawaii Island. This session will provide comprehensive island updates and informative content on “What’s New” throughout the Hawaiian Islands. (max 45 attendees)
5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Trade Show, Live Hawaiian music, Buffet Dinner, Hawaii Supplier Presentations and Prize Giveaways (must be present to win). (max 100 attendees)

* The two afternoon sessions are running concurrently, please select only one session. Selection of both will result in an error message.
Value for $20 Registration Fee: Welcome Lei, Insulated Gift Bag Tote, F&B in Afternoon Workshops, F&B Dinner and Hosted Parking Value. Hosted afternoon snacks and beverages provided for workshops valued at $20 per person. Hosted buffet dinner valued at $70 per person, includes non-alcoholic beverages (ice tea, soda, coffee, hot tea, water). No-host Wine Bar will be available during dinner (cash only).
Parking: Hosted on-site self-parking (garage parking). Valet hosted by HVCB at $15 – gratuity not included. If you decide to valet, please consider a gratuity for the valet staff (not included).
Note: Our registration system will only accept ONE EMAIL ADDRESS per attendee. Please do not attempt to register (2) people with one email address. The system will look at one email = 1 seat. We do not want anyone to show up without a confirmed reservation. Please ensure each individual has a unique email address. For home-based agencies, please use a company email and/or personal email if more than one seat is requested.
